Sometimes RFC users getting LOCK status and you have to find who or which process locks this user ? If you can’t find the reason why your RFC user always getting lock status then your RFC connections won’t work because of RFC user lock issue…

Then let’s investigate who , what or which process locks this RFC user…
Go To –>  ST03 –> Expert Mode –> RFC Profiles –> RFC Server Profile –> TAB:USER

rfcfind01

Find the RFC user which is locked…

For our example our username is : RFC

Next screen will show us the servername and other detail informations which is using by this RFC user.

rfcfind02

So we can check the “Remote Server” , “Name of RFC Program” and other detailed informations and find which process locks the RFC username and cuts the operation,so after that informations we can solve the “Locking RFC User” problem easly…

Result : After this precious informations we have found the reason ; Server “m908″ has an RFC connection to our SAP server but username/password information was wrong and this issue always locked the RFC user and terminates the RFC processes which are uses this RFC user…
