“Zero Administration Memory Management” handles the SAP MEMORY management dynamically on windows systems.“Extended Memory” value can be configured with parameter “PHYS_MEMSIZE” via SAP profile parameter.

Parameter “PHYS_MEMSIZE” describes the memory size which can SAP use to share for all SAP memory areas. This parameter is equal to hardware physical memory value.

Default Values we can use FROM version “SAP Kernel 7.40″

[RAM] = Physical Memory Value

[PM] = PHYS_MEMSIZE  parameter which describes in SAP profile. (standard value=[RAM])

[US] = [PM] dependent ,  calculate automatically
