We can create a restricted password list for our SAP system to make our life much more easier for AUDIT sessions :) Maybe users are not going to be happy but it’s so important for our SAP systems  to make much more secure…

To do this , we have to work on table USR40

SE16 –> USR40 –> F7 Table Contents

We can get the number of entries information with “Number of Entries” button and if we want to see this records we need to F8 Execute thats all…

For our example , you can see that there is only one record in our USR40 table

Let’s add some new entries

SE16 –> USR40 –> Table –> Create Entries

We can add the passwords which we want to restrict and SAVE
