I got an error when upgrading our SAP ERP ECC 5.0 system to SAP ERP ECC 6.0 with EHP7 while importing to HR package “SAPI-11005INHRCEE” , the error description was “duplicate key error during insert into table T5HVXS occured”

Then i got a OSS note about the issue shown below ;

1045021 – Known problems with Supp.Packages in HR-CEE Rel.110_600

I tried the solution ;

Download the files , moved the /usr/sap/trans/cofiles location like mentioned in the OSS note and changed the file name “A-11003INHRCEE.SAP” to “A-11005INHRCEE.SAP” because i got the error while file “SAPI-11005INHRCEE” was processing with same table T5HVXS

Then tried to repeat phase again but nothing was changed

After that i have copied those files to /UpgradeDirectory/SUM/abap/cofiles and tried again….

Then phase completed with SUCCESS
