Go to related tcode which you want to create shortcut and click the right button of the mouse

Then select the “Create SAP Transaction Code Shortcut on the Desktop” menu item

Now you should see a message like below

Your transaction code’s shortcut created on your desktop just double click to open

You have to use your username and password to open

Finally your transaction code opens automatically
