If you cannot logon to your SAP system over SAPGUI for various reasons (it might be the reason is , there are no empty work processes to handle your request) then you can use the DPMON with following informations…

DPMON : Dispatcher Monitor

Execute the following syntax ;

DPMON PF=\<Profile Directory>\<Profile Name>

M for MENU

P for Displaying Work Process Admin Table

For instance we would like to KILL WorkProcess then select the K and execute the WP Number and finish with YES

Then you will see that , selected WP will be killed
