If you want to check or eliminate some memory problems (Like TSV_NEW_PAGE_ALLOCATION ) you don’t need to restart your SAP system,  instead of this you can use SAP standart program RSMEMORY.

You can change dialog or background processing memory values online with this program.

You can find the “Value” and “Memory Class” informations on below table

To use this feature ;

Go to SE38 and execute report RSMEMORY

After changing any value just click “COPY” button to SAVE it..

You can see the new values on transaction  ST02 immediately…

Don’t forget that ; these changes only apply until the next server restart..
