If you get a message like “Could not find code page for receiving system” from your SAP system during to connection of SAP system to other system over RFC connection method via SM59 transaction , then please check the following solution.

For an example ;

I was getting this screen while i am trying to “Process IDOCS” from other system.

I have checked the related defination on SM59 transaction and as you can see “Language” area is empty.

Then changed the “Language” area with EN  , then  process worked without any error.
