I have got an error “ERROR => EgInit: EsCreateShared() failed. info=’EG_GLOBAL_AREA’” while upgrading our SAP system from EHP6 to EHP7.

Solution is increasing the related parameter.
em/address_space_MB from 4096 to 8192
Restarted the phase and problem was solved….
