DB13 “Scheduling Failed”

If your DB13 jobs canceled with the reason “Scheduling Failed” then easiest solution is delete all defined “DB13 actions” and “background jobs” and then create it again..

For our situation DB13 looks like below

SXPG_COMMAND_EXECUTE Authorization Object "S_LOG_COM" Missing

Let’s check the detail information one of the canceled action

Main Reason : “Scheduling Failed”

DB13 "Scheduling Failed"

It can be happen usually after the homogeneous copy options..

Now the best way to eliminate this situation on our SAP system is,  delete all assigned DB13 actions & Background jobs

Go to DB13 and select all the background jobs which are started with “DBA*”

DB13 "Scheduling Failed"

Now delete all of them

DB13 "Scheduling Failed"

Go to DB13 and delete all actions on the DB13 table

DB13 "Scheduling Failed"

Now assign new actions and test it

SXPG_COMMAND_EXECUTE Authorization Object "S_LOG_COM" Missing

It should be finished with success….
