If you get the error message “Insufficent privileges of the DB user , check the privileges” when you tried the SAP report RSORAISQN then check the following info.

I found the following solution from OSS

Download the “Public.zip” from following OSS note and execute the script “privilege_script.sql”

After that try the step again and it should work now
