If you are not able to find your SAP note which you have already downloaded then please follow the below mentioned steps.

For an example for the OSS note : 2103774

Goto transaction code SNOTE

Menu –> Goto –> “Download SAP Note”

Download the OSS note 2103774

Note will be downloaded

But you couldn’t find the related note under the main page “SAP Notes” area

Then you should go to ;

Menu –> Goto –> “SAP Note Browser”

Insert the note number like below and EXECUTE

Finally you should get your OSS note selected like below screen
