For more information, see section SL Common Graphic User Interface of the SUM user guide” while attempting to start SUM tool then you should check the following note.
You should get the following message for your process
Check the related note below and try to use “Software Update Manager 1.0 SP14” for your operation.
Problem with SP14 or other lower versions is that, SUM require keyword and refer to SAP note 2084104. But status of this note is “Not released”. I think the best and easy way to use latest SP of SUM with updated (upgraded) host agent versions
