DB12 –> System Landscape –> System Configuration –> Add

Edit the below informations on the below screen ;

System : SYSTEMDB

Select –> Remote Database

Check –> Database Connection

Add –> SYSTEMDB@<ServerName>

Connection Name –> SYSTEMDB@<ServerName>

Database System –> SAP HANA Database

Username –> SYSTEMDB’s Admin User

Password –> Related users password

Database Host –> <ServerName>

SQL Port –> 30013

Now we can make a “Connection Test” and check the results like shown below ;

If everthing is correct, then you should see the below message ;

Finally, we can see the additional SYSTEMDB option in the DB13
