I would like to share some informations about MENUs which located on SAPGui

- We can activate the USER MENU from left side of the SAPGui screen shown below..

- Also we can activate the SAP MENU from the SAPGui like shown below..

We can Activate or Deactivate the USER MENU or SAP MENU for any specific user with following steps ;

TCODE : SM30 –> Table Name : USERS_SSM –> Maintain –> New Entries –> Select The User

If we want to make this kind of changes for all users you can follow the steps below ;

SM30 –> Tablo Name : SSM_CUST –> Maintain

If you want to Activate “USER MENU” for all users ;

ALL_USER_MENUS_OFF = No

If you want to Deactivate “USER MENU” for all users ;

ALL_USER_MENUS_OFF = Yes

If you want to Activate “SAP MENU” for all users ;

SAP_MENU_OFF =  No

If you want to Deactivate “SAP MENU” for all users ;

SAP_MENU_OFF =  Yes
