If you are getting an error screen like “HTTP 500 Internal Server Error” after the activation of SAP Web Dispatcher, then we should check the SICF transaction code for the activation of related SAP screen.

After activating the “SAP Web Dispatcher” process if you get an error like below for the PING testing screen or etc…

Firstly check the SICF screen for the activation status of the related pages.

Go to SICF transaction code and open the address , for our example we will open the following path ;

Default Host –> sap –> public –> ping

If the related selections are DEACTIVATED like shown below

Then we have to SELECT and ACTIVATE with right button of the mouse

“Activate Service”

Click the “YES” button for the next PopUp screen

Now as you can see below PING service is activated

Now refresh the explorer page and check the status of your service , it should be like next screen shot…
