Let’s start with checking the RTCCTOOL for our SAP system.

Go to transaction code SE38 and execute the program RTCCTOOL

As you can see we have some open points in RTCCTOOL report.

According to this results we have to do following steps ;

- Install addon ST-A/PI 01R_731

- Install support package SAPKITAB9N for addon ST-A/PI 01R_731

- Install support package SAPKITLREK for addon ST-PI 2008_1_170

First we have to download related files from service.sap.com

Go to service.sap.com

SAP Solution Tools

Download Page –> Plug-Ins –> SAP Solution Tools –> ST-PI –> ST-PI 740

Download Page –> Plug-Ins –> SAP Solution Tools –> ST-A/PI –> ST-PI A/PI 01R_731

To Install new ST-A/PI addon

Logon to SAP system on client 000

Go to transaction SAINT

Select the related Addon and click Continue button

OK

Finish

Go to transaction SPAM and select the related support packages via “Display /define” button

OK

 Click the button Import

 OK

 OK

Click the button “Confirm Queue”

Completed

Now we can execute the RTCCTOOL program via transaction SE38 and check the status again
