If a user complain about his/her history problem for commands , programs or transaction codes on SAPGui, then we should control the following steps..
1 – SAPGUI –> Options –> Local Data –> History
Be sure history is in ON state
Clean the old entries via “Clear History” button
2 – Delete the following directory contents and don’t worry about it SAPGui will create new ones after next GUi restart…
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\SAP\SAPGUI\Cache\SAP_Cache_USERNAME\Cache1
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\SAP\SAPGUI\Cache\SAP_Cache_USERNAME\Cache2
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\SAP\SAP GUI\tmp
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\SAP\SAP GUI\Traces
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Sap\SAP GUI\History
Now please ask user to restart his/her SAPGui session and don’t forgot that some time needed to collect new contents…
