For SAP license issues you have to get your “Hardware Key” from your SAP system.There is two easiest way to do this ; over the SAP system or on the operating system level….Let’s check how can we do this easly…

On SAP System ;

Go to tcode SLICENSE and get your hardware key on the screen

Also you can get other SAP systems hardware key easily via “Determine” button which is under the section “Remote Hardware Key” , for this option  you have to define the remote SAP system first under the SM59 tcode.

All of the computers that are maintained as RFC destinations in transaction SM59 are listed here.

On OS Level ;

C:\>saplikey -get

Now you can use this “HardwareKey” to get your license information from service.sap.com site
