If you want to select background jobs with more detail informations which already defined on your SAP system then you can use the “Extended Job Selection” criteria or transaction SM37C

For an example if you want to find completed background jobs based on specific SAP application server then you can use this feature easily

Go to –>  SM37C or SM37 and Press “Extended Job Selection” button

You will get a screen like bellow ;

Find the “Finished” jobs which are completed on application server “APP000_AP1_00″

Select Executing Server : APP000_AP1_00

Go to “Status” tab and select “Finished” selection

 F8 – EXECUTE

You will get the list below

Also you can SAVE this selections for using later operations

And you can use when ever you want…
