If you want to list “CPU Time Usage” info in your SM50 transaction code then you have to activate on transaction SM50 with following way..

Go to –> SM50

Normally related CPU area comes with BLANK area and you have to activate manually…

Then you should press the buttons CTRL + SHIFT + F6 or go to menu steps List –> CPU

Now you should see the CPU time info on your screen
