If you get a message “Complete information only for activated RFC calls (> settings)” on your SM66 screen then you can do the following steps to check it

If you go to transaction code SM66 you should see the message below

If you double click the message then you can get the detail info shown below

So , now go to –> Process List –> Settings –> Change

Uncheck the selection “Display only abbreviated information, avoid RFC”

Don’t forget to SAVE it before exit
