You can export the SAP screen data into multiple formats such as excel , word or html file.To do this just follow the steps shown below..

Go to data screen which you want to export and follow the menu steps ;

System –> List –> Save –> Local File

You will see the next selection screen and choose the selection you want ;

Unconverted = Not selected any format
Spreadsheet = Microsoft excel format
Rich text format = Microsoft office format
HTML format = HTML format
In the clipboard = Just copy to clipboard

Enter the file name and directory then just press the Generate button.
