In your STMS screen sometimes you can’t see some request’s “Short Text” description and usually REFRESH dosen’t work for this situation.

You can see the example screen shot about the status ;

Then please try to following way to eliminate this issue ;

Go to Extras –> Personel Settings

Then you will see a new popup window and please select the “Read Missing Texts from Data File” selection

Press ENTER

Now if you going to press REFRESH button, you should probably get the missing “Short Text” description like below ;
