If you want to clean your TRFC_IN and TRFC_OUT entries according to your RZ20 warnings or 3rd party checking tools informations then you can easily follow the below steps..

For an example , situation of our SAP systems TRFC_IN & TRFC_OUT status ;

First of all we should goto “Transactional RFC” page

TCODE –> SM58

Select the time frame (my suggestion for yesr from 1000 to 3000) , insert * to all other areas and execute

Goto –> Log File –> Reorganize

Select the time frame again and check all the boxes below and execute

After the process you will see the result bottom of the page

Now all TRFC_IN entries are clear.

Continue with TRFC_OUT entries.

Goto –> SE38 –> RSTRFCER

Execute

Fill the related areas like below

Execute

Now you will see the result of the process

Last of all , you won’t get any TRFC_IN and TRFC_OUT messages at all…
