If you are getting “Error Code : 850″ and “Cannot process message; maximum size exceeded” error message for your SOST email outputs then you should check the SOST “General Parameters” like shown below.

Related Parameter : MAXLEN_BODYPART_ALI_SMTP

Goto –> SOST –> Utilities –> General Parameters

Check the related parameter , for our example parameter MAXLEN_BODYPART_ALI_SMTP is too small and thats why we are

getting the “Cannot process message; maximum size exceeded” error.

To solve the issue ;

Goto –> SM30 –> SXPARAMS

Press the “Maintain” button

Change the related parameter and SAVE

Now try again your process and it should be solved.
