After a system copy operation on QA or SandBox systems you can encounter printout message “wrong spool server” , then you can follow the steps to change wrong spool server defination with correct one..

If you can go to transaction SPAD after a system copy operation then you should see a picture on your system like below ;

All printer definations are RED due to “Wrong Spool Server” selection.

First change your mode from DISPLAY to CHANGE and  then go to ;

Utilities –> For Output Device –> Assign Server

Select the correct spool server name from the area of “New Spool Server” and click the “Display List” button.

Press the “Convert” button of the next screen

You should get a message like following screen , number depends to your defined printer count.
