If you are getting an error like “Object Missing in the Database” in transaction DB02 then you should follow the steps below to eliminate the problem from you SAP system.

You can check your SAP system for the situation from following steps ;

DB02 –> Diagnostics –> Missing Tables and Indexes

In our example we have a missing “secondary indexes” which is described as GLPCA-Z05

Now we can continue with the button which is located on the right side of the screen like pointed below picture ;

We can continue with “Direct Processing” selection if size is enough for DIA operation otherwise we should continue with “Background” selection.

Continue with “Database Utility” button

Next screen will show the details and we can continue with “Create database index” button to create the missing index in the database

Continue with “Yes”

Finally….

Missing index has been created in the DB by us with the procedure….
