You may get “ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified” error in your workprocess log file while trying to start your SAP system specially after the homogeneous copy operations.

In this case, we can try to execute the file “ntenv2reg.exe” which is located under the EXE directory to copy all the needed environments to the registry.
Now you can try to start your system again.
